Job Summary

Own the day-to-day social storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, capturing authentic on-location moments and producing short-form video that sparks engagement while ensuring brand consistency and data-informed optimization.

Social content ownership: plan and execute across core platforms with alignment to brand strategy and campaign priorities.
Content capture: shoot on-location at multiple sites and produce authentic, unscripted moments that reflect local communities.
Video production: shoot, edit, and publish short-form video for Reels and TikTok with an eye for organic performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day social media execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in alignment with brand strategy and campaign priorities
Be present across all four locations to capture authentic, on-location content — provider moments, behind-the-scenes, treatment captures, and real-time content that reflects what makes each location and community unique
Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) with a strong instinct for what performs organically
Create and schedule digital assets using Canva and Adobe tools
Recognize a content moment when it's happening and have the confidence to capture it
Support Shopify initiatives including product launches, promotions, site updates, and visual merchandising
Program and support internal promotions and offers within Zenoti or related platforms
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and events
Track and report on performance metrics across social and e-commerce

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of professional or internship experience in social media or marketing
Strong photography and videography skills- you're comfortable with a phone camera and know how to make content feel natural, not produced
Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content that performs (please include in your portfolio)
Shopify experience required, including product uploads, site updates, and basic visual merchandising
Strong Canva proficiency; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and new ideas come daily
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A genuine interest in medical aesthetics, skincare, or wellness (you understand why trust and authenticity matter in this space)
Experience with AI tools to support marketing workflows
