Job Summary

Own in-store brand activation by serving as the primary event contact, delivering product demos, education, and on-site feedback loops to drive immediate sales and long-term relationships with retailers.

Event Execution: Lead on-site setup, staff coordination, and in-store demonstrations to create a memorable shopper experience.
Customer Engagement: Educate buyers about features and benefits, build rapport, and promote products to support daily targets.
Performance Feedback: Collect sales data and insights to refine event tactics and report results to clients.

Job Description

Valid Driver’s License required.
Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (not required).
Proven experience in event planning, customer service, or sales roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
