Job Summary

Own social media campaign optimization from launch to scale, with a focus on cross platform trafficking, QA, and performance analysis that informs bid tests and audience experiments.

Analytics-driven optimization and actionable performance reporting, including audience deep dives and landing-page effects.
Experimentation and new methodologies to improve ROAS and efficiency, with finance/billing management for paid social.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Leading in all elements of a social campaign launch, including campaign setup, ad trafficking, and QA across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, or Snap. - Day-to-day monitoring, management, analytics, optimization, and development of assigned campaigns - Assist in campaign planning process with recommendations across campaign approaches, audience targeting, and measurement - Independently build and present campaign-related analyses and performance results. These analyses can include everything from general reporting to audience deep dives, bid approaches, experiment results, creative analysis, and landing page strategy. - Derive and implement optimizations and new campaign strategies, such as new bid approach, ad copy A/B tests, and audience testing to improve performance - Ideate on new analytical methodologies for optimizing our campaigns - Validate data analyses by reviewing and performing audits of our data in reporting or creating new analyses that better serve our clients or improve our efficiency - Management of media finance and billing needs for paid social campaigns - Staying current with these latest in industry changes as far as it pertains to social media wand AI enhancements. Requirements - 2-3 years of professional experience working directly with paid campaigns on Social Media platforms such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, or TikTok, X - 2+ years professional experience in analytics, advertising, ad tech, or media - Can exhibit technical leadership and critical thinking by reviewing and identifying campaign setup errors or opportunities to optimize to improve results Preferred - Prior agency experience is a plus - Experience managing paid social campaigns through Sprinklr a huge plus Benefits - Unlimited paid time off - 401k with company matching and no vesting period - Annual bonuses - Generous medical plan - Paid parental leave
