Responsibilities

Create video content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and ad concepts for StrouseHouse.io and client campaigns
Build monthly content calendars for client social media accounts
Research social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Study competitor ads, viral videos, and high-performing content to identify winning angles
Write short-form video scripts for reels, ads, organic content, personal brands, and business pages
Develop creative ad angles for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other paid advertising campaigns
Work with the video editing team to explain creative direction, script structure, and desired outcomes
Review raw footage and help identify the strongest clips, soundbites, hooks, and storylines
Create content ideas for different industries including home services, medical, construction, local businesses, and professional services
Help improve client social media performance by creating content that is clear, engaging, and built around business goals

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has real experience working with personal brands, service businesses, agencies, or companies that actively create video content.
You must have experience with content planning, scripting, creative strategy, and execution.
You will be required to show previous scripts, content ideas, raw footage examples, or completed work.
Non-Negotiables: Must have experience creating scripts, hooks, captions, and content ideas for social media.
Must understand short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Must understand how to create content that gets attention within the first 3 seconds.
Must be able to research trends and turn them into original ideas for clients.
Must be able to study competitor content and create better versions without copying.
Must be organized and able to manage multiple clients, ideas, calendars, and deadlines.
Must be strong at writing in clear, simple, direct language.
Must understand marketing, lead generation, and how content helps businesses make money.
