Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end launch of Thrivin's TikTok Shop in the US, owning everything from initial setup to go-live and ongoing growth.
Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Establish the operational infrastructure required to launch and scale successfully, including product listings, catalogue integrations, fulfilment workflows and platform compliance.
Build a clear commercial roadmap with short- and long-term growth milestones, budgets and performance targets.
Identify new opportunities to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and incremental revenue through TikTok Shop.
Take full ownership of TikTok Shop revenue, GMV growth and channel profitability.
Develop strategies to scale sales through organic content, affiliate partnerships, paid advertising and live shopping.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, customer acquisition cost, affiliate performance and contribution margin.
Optimise product assortment, pricing, promotional campaigns, bundles and offers to maximise commercial performance.
Analyse performance data, identify growth opportunities and continuously refine the strategy to improve results.

Requirements

Proven experience launching, managing and scaling TikTok Shop for a consumer-facing brand, ideally within fashion, activewear, beauty, lifestyle or wellness.
Demonstrable success driving significant TikTok Shop GMV growth, with a clear understanding of the strategies and commercial levers behind that success.
Strong understanding of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem, including Seller Center, affiliate programmes, creator partnerships, paid advertising and fulfilment.
Experience building and scaling high-performing creator and affiliate networks.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning revenue targets, budgets, forecasts and profitability metrics.
In-depth understanding of TikTok Shop advertising, including GMV Max and performance optimisation.
Experience developing conversion-focused content strategies and working closely with creative and paid media teams.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, logistics and operations teams.
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, particularly during the early stages of building a new channel.
