Job Summary

Own end-to-end campus-truck content production and social presence, turning on-site shoots and local engagement into a consistent, shareable brand narrative across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Channel and location updates: plan posts and ensure weekly "Where Are We?" details are current across platforms.
Community engagement and trend spotting: respond to comments and DMs while surfacing relevant audio trends that fit the brand.

Job Description

On-Site Content Creation: Swing by the truck a couple of times a week to shoot high-quality, engaging smartphone videos and photos (think cheese pulls, crispy crunches, behind-the-scenes prep, and customer energy).
Channel Management: Plan, schedule, and post content to our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
The "Where Are We?" Updates: Ensure our weekly schedule, locations, and hours are clearly and consistently updated across all platforms every single week so our fans always know where to find us.
Community Engagement: Spend 10–15 minutes a day responding to comments, answering DMs about our locations, and engaging with local Lexington foodies and partners.
Trend Spotting: Keep an eye out for fun audio trends, memes, or video formats that fit our fun, casual brand vibe.

Executive Mentorship: Direct access to a retired Senior Marketing Director who can provide career guidance, portfolio reviews, and a powerful letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the role.
Flexible Hours: 10–15 hours a week that can easily be scheduled around your class and exam schedules.
Free Food: Free loaded tots whenever you are working or capturing content at the truck.
Portfolio Builder: You get to help steer the social media launch of a new local brand from day one.
