Job Summary

Own the Tweezerman Pet Collection’s full product lifecycle by turning consumer and market insights into new products, guiding launches to market on time, and driving profitable pricing and supplier partnerships across cross‑functional teams.

Product Strategy & Launch: translate market data into opportunities and shepherd them from concept through packaging, pricing, and on‑time introductions.
Cross‑Functional Ownership: partner with Sales, Sourcing, Supply Chain, QC, Digital Content, and Creative to align launches, materials, and go‑to‑market plans.
Performance & Compliance: analyze POS and shipments to meet objectives, reduce complexity, and ensure quality and legal readiness.

Job Description

Own the pet product development lifecycle—from consumer, industry, and competitive research to market introduction—aligning launches with brand priorities and strategic goals.

Conduct & analyze research to identify product gaps in the pet technology, products, and pricing space.
Own the new product development strategy using market data to introduce opportunities into the Tweezerman Pet Collection.
Manage development timelines, on-time launches, pricing, sample management, and quality & legal requirements.
Establish pricing for new and existing products while analyzing COGS to meet margin goals.
Daily supplier relationship management to keep projects on schedule.
Partner with Sales to gather retailer insights and support channel activations, including exclusives as needed.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain and QC to identify new suppliers and ensure product specifications are met.
Work with Digital Content and Creative to develop launch strategies, packaging needs, and content schedules.
Lead creation of Tweezerman Pet Collection brand & product presentations for cross-functional alignment on launches and updates.
Proactively analyze products (POS, shipments) to ensure objectives are met and reduce complexity annually.
