Responsibilities

Assigned Social Media Channel Strategy & Ownership: Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of assigned social media channels (e.g., TikTok, TikTok Bulletin, Threads, X, Instagram Stories, Instagram Broadcast Channel, YouTube), with the understanding that channel ownership may evolve based on business needs, team structure, and campaign priorities.
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for assigned channels, including content direction, posting cadence, audience targeting, trend integration, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure channel strategies ladder up into the broader social ecosystem and marketing calendar.
Translate broader brand, marketing, and campaign objectives into channel-level strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the health and performance of assigned channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand voice, content pillars, and business goals.
Proactively identify opportunities to test new formats, features, and trends within assigned platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of platform changes.
Continuously evaluate channel performance and make data-informed strategic adjustments to content approach, timing, and creative direction.
Content Creation and Management: Act as an on-camera content creator and a primary face of the brand, appearing in short-form video, Reels, Stories, and live content across platforms.
Comfortably present, host, and represent the brand on camera, bringing energy and authenticity that builds audience connection and trust.
Develop original content concepts that feature yourself as on-screen talent, from ideation through filming and editing, in line with brand voice and campaign goals.
