Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee social and influencer strategy and day-to-day operations across all Home Appliance categories
Understand social trends and how they impact creative messaging and content strategy
Align creative with integrated marketing strategy to develop fit-for-purpose, consumer-centric content to impact the appliance business driving positive sentiment and traffic to samsung.com.
Partner with corporate marketing team, adhering to channel governance and best practices
Partner with global marketing team to develop social assets that are relevant for the US market and drive positive sentiment and engagement
Manage agency outputs for Social and Influencer ensuring creative aligns to brief, test plan is actionable, URL/trafficking sheet is accurate and all product categories are prioritized according to business needs
Partner with Digital and Brand Experience team members to understand all workstreams and ensure cohesive messaging and best landing experiences for email communications.
Collaborate with IMC and PM teams for creative feedback
Clearly communicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners in a consolidated manner
Manage social posting and content calendars with the agency and internal stakeholders with clear back up plans when necessary

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree
Experience managing and QA all Social and influencer content assets including trafficking sheets, providing clear feedback and direction on updates and actions
Experience with key product RTBs, marketing names, and nuances between models
Experience analyzing reports, campaign performance and synthesize recommendations
Knowledge of Sprinklr reporting and community management capabilities
Experience managing agency partners and relationships
Experience planning & organization to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams at one time
Knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and Threads
High proficiency of Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint)

Tableau reporting and analysis a plus
