Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with Google to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth
Plan and deliver integrated co-marketing campaigns, including digital content, events, and solution launches
Create co-branded content such as blogs, case studies, and solution briefs that align with enterprise audiences
Partner with internal teams (Regional Revenue Marketing, Demand, Product Marketing, Partners, etc.) and Google to coordinate events and enablement initiatives
Manage co-marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring ROI tracking and reporting
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and outcomes

Requirements

6+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in partner marketing within enterprise software or SaaS
Proven track record of co-marketing success with Google or other cloud providers
Exceptional communication skills with experience developing engaging, audience-focused content
Strong analytical ability, with expertise in measuring and optimizing ROI for partner campaigns
Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and collaboration platforms
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MongoDB’s products and solutions is a plus
