Agenda & Logistics Partnership: Collaborate with department and cross-functional leaders to plan event agendas and logistics.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality event execution.
Budget & Compliance: Monitor event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are handled according to company policies.
Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback and participate in the evaluation of events to improve future initiatives.
Enterprise Communications & On-Call Support: Partner with other functional areas to ensure clear enterprise communications and participate in on-call rotation for emergency response communications, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

High School or GED-General Educational Development Diploma
5 years of job-related experience
CA Class C License, or equivalent
Record of Clean Driving

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field.
4-6 years of experience in planning and executing events.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
Certified Meeting Planner Professional (CMP).
Experience in corporate environments.
Ability to create engaging visual presentations for various audiences.
Flexibility to travel as needed for event planning and execution.
