Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the end-to-end omni-channel patient strategy, identifying business critical tactics to drive compelling digital engagement and education
Translate brand strategy into high-impact, compliant patient-facing tactics, owning the execution of all non-personal promotion, inclusive of unbranded and branded websites, media, social media, and CRM
Optimize digital performance through analytics and audience insights, and maximize ROI across paid, owned and earned digital channels across the Pharvaris brand portfolio
Clearly communicate and champion patient brand strategy with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Partner with MLR to deliver high impact patient marketing initiatives, driving strategic value, innovation, and executional excellence.
Develop deep expertise in patient journeys by generating insights, identifying unmet needs and friction points, and translating those insights into actionable tactics
Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, while maintaining focus on strategic priorities, executional excellence, and efficient resource allocation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 3 years of focused experience in U.S. marketing
Experienced developing and executing both branded and unbranded marketing initiatives
Experience in rare disease and/or specialty markets with meaningful competitive complexity required
Prior U.S. launch experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to build strong, credible partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders, including patient organizations
Strong scientific and medical acumen, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, appropriate, and compelling communications for patient/caregiver audiences
Proven history of engaging rare disease communities with empathy, authenticity, and a strong understanding of the human experience behind the disease
Highly motivated self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and follow-through
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and effectively to senior leadership and external partners
