Requirements

Proven portfolio demonstrating range across social, digital, print, and email design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD or Premiere a plus)
Proficiency in Canva for fast-turnaround and templated content
Working proficiency in Figma for web/landing page design and collaborative design workflows
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience preparing print-ready files (bleed, trim, CMYK vs. RGB, resolution requirements)
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with distributed teams
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
