Job Summary

Own a full stack marketing engine across channels with direct ownership of calendars, budgets, and partner programs that tie marketing to distributor sales and trade shows.

Channel execution and calendar management: align campaigns, timelines, and budgets for on-time delivery.
Channel breadth: SEO, website, email, social, Amazon storefront, and co-op distributor programs for B2B buyers.
Sales enablement and events: create materials, enable distributors, and plan 6 8 trade shows with sales leadership alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the marketing calendar, projects, timelines, and budgeting to ensure on time, on budget delivery.
Lead day to day marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
Execute marketing strategies and campaigns defined by the Director of Marketing.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Execute SEO initiatives and optimize website content for search performance.
Manage website updates, user experience improvements, and agency collaboration.
Run email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
Oversee social media execution and content planning.
Optimize Amazon storefront performance (in partnership with external agency).
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
8+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience with measurable results.
Strong hands-on digital marketing experience, including SEO, website management, email marketing, and campaign execution.
Proven ability to execute strategy with accuracy, ownership, and follow-through.
Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance reporting.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in B2B marketing, especially within distributor or channel-focused environments.
Experience marketing technical products with specifications or certifications preferred.

Preferred

Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central) and using AI tools to drive marketing efficiency preferred.
