Job Summary

Own end-to-end automation and systems that capture leads, route them intelligently, and drive booked consultations for regulated legal advertising clients. Own integrations, AI-driven workflows, and client-facing outputs that scale across multiple firms.

Responsibilities

Build the systems that catch a lead the second it comes in and never let it go cold
Automate follow up, routing, and qualification so a firm stops losing cases to response time
Design and build CRM systems around how a law firm or a practice actually signs clients, not how a software vendor thinks they should
Connect the systems our clients already own so their people stop copying data between tabs
Build and launch client websites and landing pages that perform, not just win compliments
Bring real taste. Our clients come to us specifically because everyone else in their market looks the same.
Move from concept to live in days, not months
Build the email and social publishing systems that keep a client visible without a human posting manually every morning
Extend our AI persona and content work into repeatable systems clients can actually run
Build reporting our clients see and understand, tied to booked consultations and signed retainers, not vanity metrics

Requirements

Three or more systems you built that other people still use today. Be ready to walk us through them live.
Enough Python or JavaScript to read, debug, and fix code. Not a senior software engineer. Also not helpless when something breaks.
High level experience and passion for AI driven automation and implementation
Real experience with APIs and integrations, and a story about what you did when one failed at 2am
Evidence you have delivered real client work on a real deadline, and been the one in the room when it was reviewed
The judgment to know when automation is the right answer and when a simple script or a human being is better
A habit of adopting new tools within weeks of release, not years

Preferred

CRM, marketing automation, or agency operations experience
Understanding of AI processes, builds, language and capabilities
Design and front end skill, especially if you can go blank page to live site alone
Any experience in regulated advertising: legal, medical, financial
Anything you built for yourself that nobody asked you to build
