Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Manage and improve paid marketing campaigns, primarily through: - Meta / Facebook / Instagram Ads - Google Ads where appropriate - Retargeting - Lead-generation campaigns - Ecommerce campaigns
Conversion & Marketing Strategy: Evaluate ad creative, hooks and messaging, offers, audiences, landing pages, lead forms, calls to action, customer objections, social proof, follow-up; think about why customers would click and buy
Email Marketing & Lead Follow-Up: Improve how we market to existing customers and leads; Promotional email campaigns; Lead nurture sequences; Quote follow-up; Abandoned-cart or abandoned-lead follow-up; Product launches; Re-engagement campaigns; Customer segmentation; Basic email automation
Social Media & Creative Support: May help guide or contribute to organic social media; provide input on content audiences want to see, hooks, trust-building, buying intent; content may be posted when appropriate to support lead and sales goals
Working Relationship context: This is a part-time independent contractor engagement with a base retainer plus a results-based bonus, with a defined 90–120 day performance review; strong results may lead to more hours, budget, and long-term relationship

Requirements

Hands-on Meta Ads experience
Have managed real advertising budgets
Understand lead generation
Understand ecommerce
Understand conversion optimization
Understand email marketing
Can analyze campaign performance
Understand what makes marketing creative convert
Can explain why a campaign is working or failing
Are proactive and comfortable working independently

Preferred

Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus
Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is also valuable.
