Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and align marketing strategies with Walmart’s overall business objectives and brand positioning.
Analyze customer insights, competitor data, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
Translate insights and business objectives into compelling strategic briefs that guide the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
Assess campaign performance to optimize marketing strategy and ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive integrated marketing plans.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and support professional growth.
Monitor and adjust plans based on performance metrics and evolving business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.

Marketing or related field
Supervisory experience
Masters: Business Administration
