Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients in the legal industry on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
Report performance metrics to stakeholders, including strategy recommendations to improve performance
Conduct competitive client research to position iLawyerMarketing clients ahead of their competitors
Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests
Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
Support the Paid Media Director in day-to-day campaign management tasks
Assist with ad hoc projects and additional job duties as assigned by management

Requirements

1 - 2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
Experience in the legal marketing field preferred
Client-facing experience preferred, including participating in meetings, communicating campaign updates, and building positive client relationships
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
Ability to translate campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams using various platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently, including forecasting, pacing, performance reporting
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
Coachability: Demonstrates a growth mindset by actively seeking, embracing, and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and adapt to evolving processes and priorities
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate clearly with clients
