Job Description

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Production - Own the rolling social media and content-production calendar in alignment with the EA's platform priorities and Dr. Stancil's integrated calendar.
Social Media & Content Production - Plan and conduct efficient content-filming sessions, including concepts, shot lists, locations, staging, lighting, sound, equipment, wardrobe coordination, file transfer, and backups.
Social Media & Content Production - Capture approved office, speaking, podcast, retreat, travel, and behind-the-scenes content with discretion.
Social Media & Content Production - Edit or coordinate editing of short- and long-form video, audio, images, clips, thumbnails, captions, transcripts, and platform-specific content.
Social Media & Content Production - Maintain an organized library of approved photographs, video, audio, transcripts, biographies, graphics, research, permissions, and reusable content assets.
Social Media & Content Production - Publish approved content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other designated channels, including captions, links, metadata, accessibility, formatting, tagging, thumbnails, scheduling, and quality checks.
Social Media & Content Production - Repurpose approved long-form material while preserving Dr. Stancil's voice, clinical accuracy, confidentiality, and intellectual-property boundaries.
Social Media & Content Production - Track speaking engagements, podcast appearances, media mentions, publications, clips, testimonials, and permissions for responsible content reuse.
Social Media & Content Production - Support press kits, speaker materials, contact lists, event research, and basic performance reporting.
Social Media & Content Production - Monitor comments, messages, and public-facing requests according to established response and escalation guidelines. Do not provide clinical advice or improvise in Dr. Stancil's voice.

Requirements

2+ years of strong administrative, communications, content-production, healthcare, professional-services, hospitality, or executive-support experience.
Excellent writing, proofreading, formatting, organization, and digital-file-management skills.
Working fluency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple devices, social-media platforms, Canva or comparable design tools, and task-management systems.
Demonstrated experience managing social media and filming usable content. A portfolio showing video capture, editing, publishing, or platform management will be requested.
Reliable execution: arrives prepared, meets deadlines, checks work, communicates early, and closes loops without repeated reminders.
Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional regulation.
Ability to receive correction, adapt to new information, protect confidential information, and remain effective when priorities shift.
Comfort supporting a visible founder and psychologist whose work spans private clinical care, public education, culture, family systems, human flourishing, and joy.
