Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging, on-trend social content featuring Catrice Cosmetics products, with a goal of approximately 4–6 pieces of content per week
Identify relevant social trends, formats, sounds, and beauty conversations that Catrice can authentically participate in
Collaborate with the Catrice team to incorporate key product launches, promotions, sales, and brand priorities into content
Create shoppable TikTok content that drives awareness and conversion for products available through TikTok Shop
Showcase products through tutorials, application demos, product education, before-and-afters, and other engaging beauty-first concepts
Host 2 TikTok LIVEs per week to showcase and sell Catrice products
Educate viewers on products, answer questions, demonstrate application, and create an engaging LIVE shopping experience
Build familiarity and trust with the Catrice community through an authentic, approachable on-camera presence
Respond to comments and questions across Catrice social content in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Proactively engage with beauty creators, consumers, and relevant conversations across social media
