Klaviyo flows including welcome, abandoned checkout, upsell, onboarding and win-back.
Connecting our existing ManyChat lead generation into the appropriate email journeys.
Two weekly email campaigns plus our monthly newsletter, segmented so we're sending the right message and offer to the right people.
A marketing calendar that stays at least two weeks ahead and aligns email with Kate's social content.
Funnel conversion across email, website and store, working alongside our website manager.
Membership growth, including thinking proactively about how email, social, funnels, offers and future paid campaigns can drive more qualified traffic to the website and convert more of that audience into paying members.
Website conversion and traffic-growth opportunities, working alongside our website manager to identify, test and improve the paths that move visitors from audience to subscriber to customer to member.
Product launches from planning through execution and reporting.
Regular A/B testing and optimization rather than simply sending campaigns and hoping for the best.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, behavioral segmentation and building flows from scratch.
Strong email copywriting and the ability to learn an established brand voice.
Funnel and conversion thinking.
Experience testing and optimizing marketing performance.
Working knowledge of ManyChat and the ability to build automation funnels.
Comfort working with Shopify and coordinating with a website manager.
The ability to look beyond individual channels and think about how social, email, website, offers and membership work together.
Strong organization, communication and follow-through.
The ability to create clean, branded email templates from existing brand guidelines.
Strong AI fluency.

Preferred

Experience with product launches, Meta ads, SMS, SEO content or membership businesses is a bonus.
