Manage day-to-day merchandising of the eCommerce site including homepage, category pages, and promotions.
Optimize product sorting, navigation, and discoverability.
Execute merchandising strategies aligned with campaigns and inventory.
Analyze product performance and customer behavior.
Partner with creative teams to maintain a strong brand experience.
Manage review platform Yotpo
Product activation
CRO & Personalization
Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–7+ years of eCommerce or digital experience.
Strong experience with merchandising, SEO, and CRO.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience with eCommerce platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
