Job Description

Responsibilities

Asset Creation & Graphic Design (Primary Focus): Design and edit eye-catching visual assets, social graphics, carousel posts, GIFs, and story cards using Adobe/Canva.
Customize and produce branded flyers, workshop materials, and logos for our Family of Companies.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual templates.
Social Media Management & Execution: Execute structured 4-week posting calendars and product feature push campaigns for each line of business.
Daily organic engagement: Spend the first 30–60 minutes daily engaging with community posts, liking, and building relationships on social media platforms.
Draft engaging social media copy using our tailored AI GPT tool.
Create Li and IG outreach campaigns to engage followers on upcoming events.
Process Management & Proactive Communication: Proactively manage tasks end-to-end within Up Click: create card requests, organize assets, tag stakeholders for review, and flag completed tasks without needing constant supervision.
Follow strict quality checklists to ensure correct branding, names, labels, and links before final publishing.

Requirements

Create visually compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and graphics for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and others.
Design promotional materials, infographics, event banners, and campaign assets tailored to marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the Marketing team to iterate on concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
Optimize designs for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and best practices (e.g., mobile-first responsiveness).
Proven 3+ years of experience of graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on social media content.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Video editing.
Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement drivers.
Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration via tools like Click Up, Go High Level or email.
Excellent written English communication skills
