Live Commerce Strategy: Plan promotional deals, flash sales, product bundles, and giveaway strategies tailored to the platform's audience to maximize GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
Audience Engagement: Build an active online community, manage live chat interactions, answer real-time customer questions, and handle live buyer queries.

Requirements

Proven Experience: 1+ years of direct experience running or managing successful live sales on TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Amazon Live, or similar platforms (must provide channel links or portfolio).
Comprehensive Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok Shop seller center, Whatnot seller tools, community guidelines, and live algorithm best practices.
Strong Sales & On-Camera Presence: Charismatic, energetic, and highly articulate with proven ability to pitch products and close sales on live camera.
Ownership Mindset: Ability to build and execute a live sales playbook independently with minimal supervision.
Strong Communication: Excellent spoken English skills with an engaging public speaking style.

Preferred

Experience in fashion accessories, apparel, or retail e-commerce.
