Job Summary

Own the field-based trainer role to educate retail staff on the Smeg brand and product line, deliver trainings, maintain brand-aligned displays, and share field insights with your supervisor across a 30-mile territory.

Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line
Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats
Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards
Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits
Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor

Requirements

1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred
A kitchen gadget enthusiast who values both performance and aesthetics
Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment
Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear. Always lift and carry items up to 10 pounds into the store. Frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.
