Responsibilities

Develop structured outlines prior to drafting
Write comprehensive Chattanooga city landing pages optimized for keywords such as “Living in Chattanooga” and “Moving to Chattanooga”
Produce “Best Neighborhoods in Chattanooga” overview articles
Write individual deep-dive profiles of Chattanooga neighborhoods
Create evergreen “must-do” and bucket-list content focused on Chattanooga
Conduct traditional and AI-assisted research
Cross-reference local Chattanooga publications, reviews, and established sources
Fact-check all data thoroughly
Identify enduring local attractions, institutions, and experiences versus temporary trends
Ensure content depth supports strong engagement time

Requirements

Strong background in structured, outline-driven writing
Experience in destination, travel, relocation, or lifestyle content
SEO strategy and search intent expertise
Strong research and fact-checking methodology
Ability to distinguish evergreen local institutions from short-term trends
