Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the production of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic creative initiatives from concept through delivery.
Partner with internal leaders across functions and brokerage marketing teams to translate business priorities into creative execution, aligning stakeholders and setting expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Bring a strong creative point of view to projects, communicating concepts, ideas, and brand standards with clarity and confidence.
Handle production escalations and bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving, balancing speed, quality, and business objectives.
Define project plans, production schedules, milestones, and resource needs for complex creative initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track from kickoff through launch.
Translate complex business objectives into clear action plans, balancing competing priorities while proactively managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
Maintain initiative roadmaps, project trackers, and status communications to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market planning, launch execution, and customer communications.
Measure and communicate the success of creative initiatives against established company goals by analyzing performance data, synthesizing insights, and sharing post-launch recommendations that inform future creative work.
Serve as the single point of accountability for internal teams and brokerage marketing teams throughout the lifecycle of creative initiatives.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in creative production, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the creative process and experience working in a creative in-house or agency environment.
A strategic thinker who can translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable creative plans.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted cross-functional relationships and driving alignment across teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives from concept through launch.
Experience using data and performance insights to measure success, optimize creative outcomes, and inform future work.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting creative concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities, embracing feedback, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred

Generative AI (Plus): Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flora, Higgsfield) for concepting and asset creation is a major plus.
