Responsibilities

Paid media strategy & execution across Meta (primary), Google, Amazon, Chewy, TikTok, and emerging channels (AppLovin, ChatGPT Ads, etc.)
Account architecture — structure campaigns (cold prospecting, retargeting, lead gen) for clean reads and efficient scale; own bidding strategy (cost cap / ASC / ROAS) and budget allocation
Testing methodology — design single-variable, statistically-funded tests (creative, offer, landing page, audience, bidding, messaging) with clear win conditions; kill losers, scale winners, and graduate learnings into always-on
Creative testing & insights — partner with creative to brief winning concepts; analyze what actually converts (format, hook, message, offer) and feed the pipeline; maintain creative volume to avoid fatigue
Data analysis & QA — own the numbers in TripleWhale, GA4, Shopify, and platform dashboards; reconcile attribution; build reporting that ties spend to new-customer CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
Funnel & landing-page strategy — route paid traffic to the highest-converting experiences; partner on CRO
Proactive problem-solving — diagnose why CAC moves and deliver data-backed recommendations to hit monthly/quarterly/annual goals; flag risks before they become misses

Requirements

3+ years hands-on paid media buying in DTC/e-commerce, with a track record of scaling spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets (Meta at $100k+/mo strongly preferred)
Deep Meta Ads expertise — ASC/Advantage+, cost cap vs. volume bidding, catalog/DPA, audience strategy, pixel/CAPI setup
Strong analytical chops — comfortable in spreadsheets and BI; can pull, clean, and interpret ad/Shopify/attribution data independently
Attribution fluency — TripleWhale (or similar) as source of truth; understands the gap between platform-reported and blended/incremental metrics
Testing rigor — designs clean experiments, respects significance, avoids confounds; separates signal from noise
Business acumen — able to identify areas of growth for our paid media efforts and advise on potential growth opportunities
Ownership mindset — proactive, self-directed, and willing to challenge weak reasoning (internal or agency) constructively
Subscription/DTC experience, Google/Amazon/TikTok buying, creative-strategy sense, GA4, Shopify

Preferred

Familiarity with Triple Whale, or similar multi-touch attribution platforms
Experience with AI image and video generation
