Strategy & Growth: Evolve Audacy’s social presence by working closely with radio and podcast teams to implement growth tactics.
Talent Development: Develop and educate our on-air and podcast talent on effective social strategies to grow their multiplatform footprint.
Content Production: Produce original content (video, audio, graphics, and copy) optimized for each platform, and oversee social production and distribution for premiere Audacy Podcasts.
Local Market Support: Act as an educator and support resource for local markets, enabling them to execute social strategies efficiently and independently.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with programming and promotions teams to ensure on-air, digital, and social efforts reinforce one another.
Paid Social: Manage and execute paid social marketing campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
Data & Analytics: Use analytics and performance insights to shape strategy, optimize content, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor cultural and platform trends, recommending new tools, formats, and approaches to keep our brands relevant and competitive.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in social media.
Demonstrated experience in social production alongside active, day-to-day community management.
Proficiency in video production, specifically tailored for social-first formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Proven hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully running influencer and creator campaigns.
A deep understanding of social analytics, native platform insights, and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
