Responsibilities

Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax), and TikTok
Build and manage audiences — retargeting, lookalikes, interest/behavioral targeting
Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to hit performance targets within budget
Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve results
Support GA4 tracking and GTM tag management
Assist with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) setup and maintenance
Help manage Google Merchant Center feeds and Shopping campaign performance
Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear takeaways and next steps

Requirements

2–4 years of paid media experience across Meta and Google Ads
Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, and/or PMax)
Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Analytical mindset — comfortable using performance data to make optimization calls
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Clear, professional written communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Pixel experience
Google Merchant Center and product feed management
WooCommerce or Ecommerce platform experience
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
