Define governance processes, decision structures, and operating standards.
Facilitate steering committees, portfolio reviews, and leadership forums.
Ensure decisions align with business priorities, strategic objectives, and capacity.
Drive consistency across governance practices and reporting.
Own demand intake, pipeline management, and prioritization processes.
Ensure initiatives are properly assessed, categorized, and aligned to strategy.
Facilitate prioritization with business and CRM leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Governance, Business Operations, or Consulting roles.

Preferred

Proven experience designing governance frameworks, prioritization models, and operating standards.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience supporting executive decision-making through structured insights.
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
Understanding of CRM or technology-driven portfolios.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
