Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase awareness, participation, and revenue for Wildwood’s camps, school programs, group rentals, retreats, and special events.
Create and deliver engaging content across digital and print channels, including social media, email marketing, website updates, newsletters, photography/video, and other communications materials.
Develop and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, website updates, SEO, Google Business Profile, email campaigns, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and improve outreach.
Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and a strong online presence across all communication channels.
Utilize CRM and marketing tools to support audience engagement, track inquiries, and strengthen communication with prospective participants and supporters.
Build relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and supporters through community outreach, events, and authentic communication.
Collaborate with program, development, and administrative teams to promote programs, support organizational initiatives, and manage marketing projects and deadlines.

Requirements

Must pass pre-employment background and driver record checks.
Strong writing, storytelling, organizational, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, vendors, and community partners.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, nonprofit marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience creating and implementing content across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, websites, and digital platforms.
Working knowledge of marketing and communication tools such as Mailchimp, Little Green Light (or similar CRM), WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics preferred.
Passion for Wildwood’s mission and the ability to communicate its impact in an authentic and compelling way.
