Responsibilities

Lead creative development for integrated campaigns, sponsorships, field marketing, executive engagements, internal events, and experiential activations across digital, video, environmental, and branded experiences.
Develop and direct creative across digital, video, experiential, presentations, and branded communications.
Lead and mentor a growing Brand Creative team while fostering a culture of collaboration and creative excellence.
Guide the continued evolution and application of New York Life's visual identity across the enterprise.
Lead creative development for brand architecture, value proposition narratives, visual identities, and other foundational brand assets.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to extend creative concepts across channels and experiences.
Work independently and collaboratively with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Research & Insights, and business partners to bring integrated ideas to life.
Present work, guide feedback, and champion ideas from concept to execution.
Balance leadership and hands-on creative work while managing multiple priorities with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
