Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Category Management & Execution
- P&L & Business Growth: Own category revenue, volume, and margin targets. Manage expense ratios, optimize product mix, and maintain healthy inventory levels through aligned PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) forecasting.
- Strategic Business Planning: Develop, align, and execute comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies tailored to the U.S. market.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement cross-departmental workflows to enhance category efficiency and speed to market.
Product Planning & Lifecycle Management
- Portfolio & Positioning Strategy: Partner with R&D, Design, and Quality teams to define local product lineup logic, positioning, feature sets, and pricing strategies for New Product Development (NPD).
- Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the full product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life (EOL) transitions, using targeted promotional budgets and sell-through strategies to maximize profitability.
- Global Collaboration: Coordinate technical, regulatory, and localized feature requirements directly with Global HQ and R&D teams.
Go-To-Market & Channel Enablement
- New Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end launch process, collaborating with Marketing Communications to develop launch briefs, digital assets, retail enablement tools, and channel activation plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing or product management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (financial modeling, forecasting) and PowerPoint (exec presentations).
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to align matrixed teams and global headquarters.
Willingness to travel frequently domestically (~35%) and occasionally internationally (5–10%).

Experience in Room AC, Home Appliances, or the DIY retail channel is strongly preferred
