Ensures design and content align with UX, usability, accessibility, and brand requirements.
Leads 5th business day, quarter-end and annual prospectus material updates and monthly content reviews
Partners closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory requirements are met and submitted to AdTrax (our compliance record of review).

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing web and marketing projects, including special projects, annual, quarterly, monthly reviews, and other business-as-usual initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing marketing initiatives across web content management, email, and social media.
Demonstrated ability to partner with design, development, technology, sales, marketing, product, creative, legal, and compliance business partners.
Experience working within a digital asset management (DAM) platform, content management system (CMS), or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Preferred

Understanding of agile process working in JIRA and Confluence.
Understanding of SEO and AI optimization best practices.
Ability to track, evaluate and report analytics.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in an Asset Management Organization.
