Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook / Meta ad campaigns from start to finish, focusing on improving lead quality through targeted audiences and engaging creative content such as videos, memes, and informational posts.
Own and continuously enhance our GoHighLevel CRM — including workflows, pipelines, tagging, and SMS/email automation sequences — and perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Develop and post consistent organic content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to build brand credibility and grow our audience.
Manage and collaborate with our external Google Ads and SEO agencies, ensuring their strategies align with our ROI objectives and expanding our search presence through AEO, SEO, and LLM initiatives.
Support community engagement and business development efforts by nurturing relationships with HOAs, real estate agents, home inspectors, and local businesses to generate referrals and partnerships.
Refine and optimize our lead intake process, leveraging AI tools to improve booking and conversion rates, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Own the channel strategy, analyze performance metrics, scale successful initiatives, and communicate results effectively to leadership for informed decision-making.

Requirements

Proven experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook / Meta ad campaigns with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Deep familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is highly preferred, including workflows, pipelines, tagging, and Conversation AI capabilities.
Experience managing external Google Ads and SEO agencies, with the ability to hold them accountable for ROI and growth objectives.
