Job Description

Responsibilities

owning the day-to-day execution and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads with increasing autonomy.
independently launch, QA, and manage new campaigns, ad groups, and keyword builds using established frameworks and best practices.
Regular analysis of campaign performance will be required to generate actionable insights that inform weekly optimization plans.
Conducting keyword research, maintaining keyword hygiene, and proactively identifying new targeting or segmentation opportunities.
support the development and execution of SEM testing roadmaps, including ad copy tests, bidding strategies, and audience experiments.
Identifying issues related to campaign structure, budget pacing, tracking, or performance and proposing solutions.
prepare and present reports with insights to guide campaign adjustments.
collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, and Analysts to improve measurement and campaign initiatives.
contribute to process documentation and workflow enhancements.
Mentoring or supporting SEM Specialist I team members by sharing knowledge and troubleshooting, depending on experience.

Requirements

bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, or paid social media.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
strong understanding of paid search campaign management, optimization practices, and data analysis techniques.
proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

Preferred

Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Apple Search Ads are highly desirable.
Technical skills related to SQL and data analysis are a plus.
