Responsibilities

Shape and scale the go-to-market strategy for Genius, driving product adoption, revenue growth and market share across priority customer segments
Lead and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, creating a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous development
Define differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value and wins in competitive markets
Orchestrate product launches that deliver measurable impact, from awareness through to product usage and commercial success
Build segmentation frameworks that unlock new growth opportunities, using data to identify high-potential markets and expansion paths
Turn market, customer and competitive insights into clear strategies that influence product direction and business outcomes
Enable sales teams to win by creating impactful tools, narratives and experiences that strengthen the buyer journey and accelerate deal success
Track and optimize performance, using insights such as win rates and adoption metrics to continuously improve strategy and deliver results

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving go-to-market success and product growth
Proven success launching and scaling products within multinational or global organizations
Deep understanding of the retail industry and point of sale ecosystems
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into growth strategies and measurable outcomes
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across product, sales and marketing
Analytical thinking and financial acumen, with the ability to size markets and prioritize opportunities effectively
A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to lead, challenge and create impact
