You will own digital acquisition initiatives across paid channels, collaborating with content and analytics to drive higher ROAS through campaign execution, testing, and data-driven optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure landing pages and marketing materials are optimized for conversions and aligned with campaign goals.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Help conduct A/B tests to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and support optimization efforts to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analyst: Gather and analyze marketing data to understand customer behavior and campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to enhance performance.
Reporting & Recommendations: Assist in generating reports on key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improving acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Keen interest in digital acquisition channels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 0-1 year Digital Marketing experience with basic familiarity in Acquisition Marketing.

Preferred

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity in online direct-to-consumer marketing.
Familiarity working in SalesForce CRM.
Familiarity with A/B Testing.
Familiarity with HTML/CCS & Adobe Premiere.
Basic experience in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs).
