Job Summary

Own regional demand generation for SLED programs from strategy to execution and collaborate with field sales to drive pipeline across events, ABM programs, and partner conferences.

Responsibilities

Own regional demand generation for SLED — from strategy through execution — across field events, account-based programs, trade shows, content syndication, and partner conferences
Partner daily with field sales and solution architects to align programs to pipeline goals and SLED buying cycles
Build and manage GTM programs with cross-functional teams including partner marketing, digital, campaigns, finance, and operations
Set goals and metrics for every program and track performance through weekly reports and monthly dashboards
Develop event content, agendas, and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders across the business
Manage multiple programs simultaneously, keeping everything on time and on budget
Identify and test new tactics and channels to expand reach and improve efficiency
Travel to programs and events approximately 25% of the time

Requirements

Proven regional or field marketing experience with deep knowledge of the SLED market and its buying dynamics
A track record of building programs that generate pipeline, not just leads
Strong project management instincts — you run lists, keep notes, and nothing falls through the cracks
Proficiency with marketing tools including Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, and Monday.com
Clear, compelling communication skills — written and verbal
Comfort working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-scaling environment
An ambitious, collaborative attitude and a genuine bias toward getting things done
