Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary campaign strategy partner to product marketing and the Senior Director of Integrated Campaigns, turning business and product priorities into integrated campaign plans
Own the annual and quarterly integrated campaign plan across lines of business, tied to pipeline targets, target account lists, and product priorities
Build and run multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic digital, partnership marketing, social media, email, events, and web/UI-UX experiences
Bring creative, out-of-the-box tactics to reach audiences where they are, beyond standard channel playbooks
Monitor performance in flight and adjust strategy mid-campaign by shifting channels, offers, messaging, or audiences to improve results
Partner with creative and copywriting teams to brief, develop, and review campaign assets
Lead QA across the marketing tech stack before launch, including automation, tracking, landing pages, and Salesforce Campaign setup
Align with the sales deployment team so sales is enabled and ready before each campaign goes live
Partner with the ABM Campaign Manager and Data Scientist on audience strategy, account prioritization, and orchestrated plays for target accounts
Work closely with the List Analyst team on audience strategy, ZoomInfo enrichment, and data quality

Requirements

7+ years in B2B demand generation or integrated campaign management
Proven integrated campaign experience across paid digital, organic, social, partnerships, web, email, and events
A track record of owning pipeline targets and hitting them
A strategic, data-driven mindset. You read performance signals and act on them mid-campaign, not only after it ends.
Creativity and curiosity. You bring fresh tactics to reach and engage B2B audiences.
An AI-forward mindset. You actively use AI tools in your own work and look for ways to help the team move faster and scale.
Exceptional organization and project management across multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You understand program architecture, not just email builds.
Strong Salesforce knowledge: Campaigns, member statuses, attribution models, and how marketing data flows to sales
Experience running ABM with intent data (6sense preferred) alongside broader demand programs
