Job Description

Responsibilities

Boost Campaigns & Promotions
Own Boost campaign support and promotion by: Assisting with the creation of campaigns and promotional opportunities to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of the Boost mobile ordering app
Helping promote Boost offers, limited-time promotions, and mobile ordering features
Testing and sharing student-focused ideas to increase app engagement
Acting as a student-facing brand representative for Boost and M Food Co.
Tabling & Student Engagement
Support student engagement and app adoption by: Planning, organizing, and supporting Boost tabling events
Engaging with students to explain Boost, answer basic questions, and encourage app downloads
Surveying students and collecting feedback to better understand barriers, opportunities, and student preferences
Content & Communications

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience or strong interest in student engagement
Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Good interpersonal skills
General interest and knowledge of marketing and technology
Comfortable engaging with students during tabling, events, and promotional activities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Prior marketing-related experience is a plus.
