Job Description

Responsibilities

Work alongside the VP of Marketing to develop and support direct response marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email, direct mail, television, radio, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and recommendations to leadership.
Work with external agencies, media partners, and vendors as needed.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with marketing regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience in home improvement, retail, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other lead-generation focused industries.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Knowledge of residential remodeling industry trends and customer preferences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
