Job Summary

You will own coordinating multiple grant-funded behavioral and biosocial research projects, manage operations, and support outreach and communications under supervision.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Under supervision of Project Director and Principal Investigator, provide broad project coordination and operational support across grant-funded projects in a behavioral and biosocial research lab.
Administers a department program, processes and/or workflows. Aligns with department mission and goals.
Works closely with department leadership and colleagues to help ensure success. Develops activities, monitors effectiveness, and identifies potential areas of improvement or change.
Manages administration including use of resources.
Conducts outreach and communications as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience with video production, filming, editing, and multimedia content creation for scientific communication, outreach, or journalism purposes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple special projects simultaneously in a fast-paced research environment.
Strong writing skills with experience preparing research summaries, reports, web content, or materials for grant applications.
Experience updating and managing website content, including writing and organizing materials for public-facing platforms.
Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills; ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated interest in public health, human behavior, and/or social science research.
Experience supporting logistics and coordination for travel, events, or field-based activities.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
