Job Summary

Support the marketing and communications function by crafting content, shaping external messaging, and coordinating internal and stakeholder communications across projects and events.

Content and PR: assist development of marketing and public relations materials and proofreading copy for multiple media
Corporate communications: convey FM's objectives and differentiators to external audiences and support nonprofits and NGOs partnerships
Operations and event support: maintain the Marketing intranet home page, coordinate communications for special projects, research topics, and plan events

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assisting with the development of a variety of marketing and public relations content
Supporting external communications efforts by conveying the organization’s corporate objectives and key differentiators
Providing communications support to special projects and business units as needed
Assisting with the maintenance of the Marketing intranet home page
Researching various topics
Proofreading copy for various media
Supporting employee and external communication efforts to nonprofits, NGOs and other similar organizations
Providing communications and event planning
Completing administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Junior registered/attending University student
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
Strong initiative, time management, and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills
Able to work 37.5 hours per week
Internship length 10-12 weeks between June through August 2026
In-office based at our corporate headquarters in Johnston, RI
