Requirements

6-8 years of progressive performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing teams and multi-million dollar budgets
Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing annual performance marketing budgets, partner P&L awareness, and a proven track record of efficient scaling
Proven track record of driving significant e-commerce growth across the Amazon marketplace, with direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience considered a plus
Proven track record of ideating and executing innovative initiatives that drive growth beyond core channel management
Strategic command of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP, AMC, Brand Analytics, SQP, Brand Referral Bonus)
Demonstrated command of paid and organic integration on Amazon
Proficiency with web analytics platforms, business intelligence tools (e.g., xNurta, Domo), and modern multi-touch attribution platforms
Deeply analytical and data-first mindset, with the proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, performance, and business cases clearly and persuasively to executive audiences
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively
