Job Summary

Lead and own social media strategy and content programs for multiple brands, serving as the senior social lead and trusted advisor to clients, while turning metrics into actionable optimization.

Mentor and manage a creative/ social team and steer content calendars and creative strategy
Align campaigns with client KPIs and long-term business objectives

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement winning social media and content strategies for brands
Serve as a high-level strategic advisor and act as the primary social lead for clients, offering expert counsel on complex content orchestration, messaging frameworks, and long-term channel positioning that aligns with broader business objectives
Transform metrics into actionable optimization recommendations
Manage and mentor a team of creatives and social media managers
Lead on creative strategy for high performing content that is brand and audience aligned
Create and maintain robust and impactful content calendars for clients
Excellent creative writing abilities that are adaptable to each brands storytelling
Conduct ongoing audits and research to keep their finger on the pulse of successful brand social media content
Drive cross-departmental integration between Influencer and Digital teams by integrating creator ecosystems (including UGC, seeding, and paid partnerships) into owned social channels
Act as senior point of contact for clients and manage their needs with professionalism and precision

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of digital marketing, content and social media experience and in client service.
Collaborative, agency background a must
Experience in fashion, beauty, tech and innovation brands
Strong leadership skills and a proven manager and mentor
High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing and executing large-scaled content marketing strategies and overseeing content development, specifically for social media platforms
Experience amplifying campaigns and content and building online marketing strategies
Fluency of digital platforms, tools, and software
Conceptual and forward-thinking – comfortable in fast-paced environment
Possess a network of content creators and creative freelancers
