Responsibilities

End-to-End Content Generation: Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-volume, short-form video and static assets optimized specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
On-Camera Brand Ambassador: Act as a recognizable voice and face of the brand, stepping in front of the camera to host styling segments, product demonstrations, retail store walkthroughs, and educational content.
Trend Capturing & Execution: Maintain an "always-on" approach to social listening; identify viral trends, trending audio, and cultural moments in real-time, adapting them quickly and authentically for our retail brand.
Copywriting: Draft engaging, platform-appropriate captions, video text overlays, and interactive elements (polls, Q&As) that match the brand's unique voice and encourage user participation.
Studio & Field Collaboration: Partner with the in-house creative and studio production teams to capture polished, high-fidelity brand assets, while maintaining the raw, authentic, and native-feeling aesthetic required for organic social success.
Influencer Discovery & Sourcing: Identify, vet, and build relationships with micro-, macro-, and nano-influencers who align with our brand values, aesthetics, and target demographics.
Campaign Administration: Coordinate the day-to-day logistics of our influencer programs, including sending pitches, managing product gifting inventories, organizing shipping logistics, and ensuring creators receive product and campaign briefs on time.
Deliverable & Contract Tracking: Monitor influencer contract compliance, track content submission deadlines, review creator draft submissions for brand guidelines, and ensure all partner content is published on schedule.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Curation: Scout and curate high-quality customer- and creator-generated content to feed our organic channels and support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Community Engagement: Daily monitoring and active engagement within comment sections, direct messages, and brand mentions to foster an active, loyal, and engaged community of brand advocates.

Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital copywriting, or influencer marketing.
Content Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio or active personal/professional social handles showcasing your video editing, mobile photography, on-camera presence, and narrative storytelling (particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels).
Technical Skills: Highly proficient with mobile shoot setups (lighting, audio, stabilizers) and mobile-first editing platforms (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva). Familiarity with enterprise social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Dash Hudson) is a major plus.
Influencer Marketing Acumen: Basic understanding of influencer landscape trends, content licensing, FTC guidelines, and the influencer collaboration lifecycle.
Organizational Excellence: Strong project management and detail-oriented coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple creator outreach threads, spreadsheets, and publishing schedules simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write witty, engaging, and error-free copy under tight timelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent real-world creator experience).

Preferred

Experience in an omnichannel retail environment or consumer-facing lifestyle brand is highly preferred.
