Job Summary

Own go-to-market strategy and cross-functional launches for SaaS products, turning complex capabilities into customer-focused narratives, while shaping product roadmaps and driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, and major releases.
Create differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and market threats.
Define target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and buying journeys.
Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap direction and ensure market needs are reflected in product strategy.
Lead cross-functional product launches, coordinating activities across Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase adoption, retention, expansion, and customer value for existing products.
Translate complex technical capabilities ( including AI forward solutions ) into clear, compelling customer-focused narratives and sales-ready messaging.
Enable sales teams with effective content, training, competitive intelligence, and customer value articulation.
Measure and optimize product marketing performance through customer insights, win/loss analysis, market feedback, and business results.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, technology, or related industries.
Track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills .
Outstanding storytelling and content development capabilities.
Ability to translate complex products and technical concepts into customer-focused business value.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Experience working closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Executive Leadership.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience building sales enablement programs and competitive intelligence initiatives.
Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
