Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead annual brand planning, communication plans, and strategic content pillar development from inception through deployment
Lead Brand TV and digital advertising campaigns, including creative asset development, creative brief creation, financial business cases, internal routing, consumer testing, and video production
Act as the primary point of contact for creative agency partners to develop integrated creative ideas and experience plans that span the consumer journey; lead the SOW development process for project-based or Agency of Record (AOR) partners and manage weekly status meetings
Partner with Go-to-Market and other cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategic marketing initiatives; collaborate with the Consumer Insights team and internal agencies to develop marketing messages and claims for new products, services, and offers
Manage the brand marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization of total brand spend
Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to help them reach their full potential and achieve career growth

Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field
Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management (must include TV production experience)
2-4 years experience managing teams
Required Technical Skills: End-to-end complex brand campaign management
Required Technical Skills: Creative agency partnership and workflow management
