Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for AtlantiCare website presence – external patient-facing site and internal employee web experience; gain consensus on digital roadmap and ensure project scope, timelines, and KPIs are defined; manage implementation to ensure on-time and on-budget launches.
Oversee Website Production, Maintenance and Optimization to ensure platform-agnostic, optimal patient experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet; manage RFPs and vendor selection from ideation to execution; improve website design, content, functionality, and integration with critical systems (CRM, chat, provider directory, etc) for engagement and patient conversion; include site accessibility, content updates, emergency messaging and SEO management.
Provide Analytics and Reporting on defined KPIs; identify opportunities to drive website and marketing campaign effectiveness; ensure site uptime in bug-free environment; implement A/B testing to optimize user funnel and campaign performance.
Agency Management & Leadership: Manage third-party agencies and vendors for digital platforms; collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
Standards & Compliance: Maintain knowledge of digital marketing standards and best practices; ensure compliance with data privacy policies and healthcare regulations; keep team informed of policy and data usage changes and emerging issues.
Trends and Landscape: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption.
Support organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or business required.
Minimum of 7 years as a Digital Manager building and managing web experiences at an organization with similar complexity required; healthcare experience preferred.
Working knowledge of technical processes and platforms including web analytics, data visualization, CMS, CRM, and HTML required.
Experience managing the execution of programs through 3rd party agency partners required.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong project management, budget management, and verbal & presentation communication skills required.
Proven capability to develop internal talent required.
Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment including off hours when needed to address critical health system issues or website updates.
